Refund Policy

We give warranties to no question asked and give money back with all our hosting. You are satisfied, or we refund your money back.

We have a simple canceling policy that says that we provide you with a refund for the remaining term when you cancel your hosting account. The refund terms do not include setup fees charged during signing up and the domain registration fees you paid to incur the cost.

After using our hostage package to register a domain for you and then decide that you want to cancel your account, we will deduct the domain name’s cost from the money we refund you. We can then release the domain after 60 days then you have the chance to take it where you want. During this period of 60 days, you can change your server’s name to the point where you can access your website.

Any account which causes us to receive an abuse report may be terminated and have access to services suspended. In abuse case client can not claim for refund.
