Refund Policy

We give warranties to no question asked and give money back with all our hosting. You are either satisfied or we refund your money back.

We have a simple cancelling policy which says that when you cancel your hosting account we provide you with a refund for the remaining term. The refund terms do not include setup fees charged during signing up and the domain registration fees that you paid just to incur the cost.

After using our hostage package to register a domain for u and then you decide that you want to cancel your account, hence we will deduct the cost of the domain name from the money we refund you. We can then release the domain after 60 days then you have the chance to take it were you want. During this period of 60 days you can change you servers name to point where you can access your website.

Any account which causes us to receive an abuse report may be terminated and/or have access to services suspended. In abuse case client can not claim for refund.
